Deaf Football

Scottish Para-Football is committed to creating opportunities for deaf (hearing impaired) players of all ages, gender and levels. Thanks to funding from the Scottish Government 'Summer of Sport' we have been able to host a number of 'come&try' festivals for young players.
Scottish Para-Football is working to grow a domestic league in addition to running the international set up as we prepare for the Deaf World Cup in 2027.

Scottish Para-Football is currently creating opportunities for more deaf people to participate in football through come&try festivals and by working with clubs across Scotland to identify opporunities for regular training sessions for young people and adults.
To be eligible to participate in International sanctioned competitions, deaf players require to have at least 55dB on better ear. For more information on how to get involved, just get in touch.
